Turn the AI licenses you already pay for into work your team repeats.
Two training cohorts a year for your people. A monthly briefing on what changed in your platform and what to do about it. Private office hours, every month, open to every employee. From $3,000 a month.
Who it’s for
Organizations of roughly 30 people and up that have made a platform decision, or nearly made one, and are watching a handful of people use the seats while everyone else opens the tool once and closes it. You want a standing support line while adoption spreads, not a one-day workshop.
What you get
- A private kickoff with your leadership and champions: the goal in your words, where AI use stands today, the platform features worth turning on this quarter, who trains first.
- Two training cohorts per twelve months. Your people take seats in our live four-week runs: Zero to Hero for non-technical staff, AI Builder for technical staff. You pick the run and the roster. Your sponsor sees attendance every week and gets a private debrief after graduation.
- A monthly platform briefing, 45 minutes, shared with our other EdgeCorporate clients: what changed in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, or the automation tools you use, and the specific action for each. Recorded, with a one-page summary in your channel the same day.
- Private monthly office hours, 60 minutes, open to every employee. Drop in with a question or a screen to share. No agenda, no slides, no one gets in trouble for a basic question. An EdgeTeam engineer joins when the questions turn technical.
- A Slack channel between your team and ours, a monthly recap to your sponsor with an adoption tracker, and a quarterly review.
How it runs
Kickoff within two weeks of signing. First office hours and first briefing within 30 days. Cohort rosters are due six weeks before each quarterly run. The quarterly review looks at attendance, completions, features turned on, and the three measures your sponsor set at kickoff.
What it costs
From $3,000 a month, invoiced, with a six-month minimum and then month to month. The price depends on how many cohort seats you need per run; organizations above about 100 employees get a custom quote. We tell you the number on the program call.
What it is not
It isn’t Copilot training. If you want a one-day Copilot workshop, your Microsoft partner probably offers one for free, and we’ll tell you so on the call. It isn’t platform-specific either: the briefing and office hours cover whatever your company runs on. It doesn’t include custom builds beyond what fits in an office-hours answer; when the build requests pile up, that’s a Fractional CAIO conversation, and we’ll show you the list.
Where this comes from
We built EdgeCorporate after two engagements taught us the same thing from opposite ends. At a managed-services provider rolling Copilot out to 40 people, the custom agent we built was superseded by a Microsoft release within six weeks; the monthly reporting, the working sessions, and the governance of a 60-skill library were what lasted. At a nine-person nonprofit, one afternoon where each person built their own workflow produced tools still in use months later. Standing support and hands-on cohorts. No custom agent in the base package.
Questions people ask on the program call
Can our people do a private cohort instead of the public run?
The public runs are the program; mixed rooms are where the best questions come from. Private runs are quoted separately.
How many people can come to office hours?
Everyone. The room is usually five to fifteen.
We haven’t picked a platform yet.
Then start with the assessment or bring the choice to the kickoff. The program works on any of the major platforms.
