How it runs
Week one, an email asks what’s on your plate. The private call happens in your fixed slot. The recap lands the next day. The mastermind meets on a fixed day each month, and hot-seat requests go in the week before. Every third month, the call includes a quarterly review: what you set out to do, what happened, whether this is still the right program.
What it costs
From $1,000 a month, by card, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The price depends on company size and how many leaders join the call; we tell you the number on the fit call. Everything included is the same at every price.
What it is not
It doesn’t include EdgeCore seats for your staff, builds, or a private cohort. When you want your team trained, that’s EdgeCorporate. When the private call fills up with things you want built, that’s the sign to talk about Fractional CAIO.
What it’s built from
EdgeCore Pro is new. We ran the format informally for a year before pricing it: a weekly session every Tuesday since November 2025, and owners who kept asking for the same two things afterward, a private hour and a room. The recap, the operating page, and the group rules exist because informal advice evaporates.

Private sessions don’t roll over unless we caused the miss. Mastermind recordings are available to the group for 90 days.
